四、After-sales service commitment:
Provide the owner with samples of products and other information, answer the questions raised by the owner at any time, provide the owner with the optimal product plan according to the product characteristics and design requirements, maintain close contact with the engineer, maintain long-term cooperation and communication with the user, and provide all-round technical consultation services.
2、Service in Sale
1) Guarantee timely delivery of products after the signing of product purchase and sale contracts, timely and safe arrival of documents in the owner's hands, after the product arrives at the designated location of the owner, the owner and the relevant personnel of our factory will jointly inspect the products. If shortages and quality problems are found, our company will ensure timely handling.
2) At the stage of product use, our company provides technical consultation service at any time.
3) Actively cooperate with user departments and installation units for product acceptance.
1) Our company will guarantee the quality of products in accordance with the requirements of tender documents.
2) The warranty period is 12 months from the date of the acceptance certificate signed by the representatives of both parties. During the warranty period, the products provided by our company are damaged due to product quality, personnel operation and other reasons (except for irresistible reasons). Our company will repair and replace them free of charge. And lifelong free training for employers.
3) When problems arise outside the warranty period, our company will charge for the cost of maintenance and replacement of products.
4) Our company will reply to users'questions about products in practical use at any time.
5) When there is a problem with the product, our technicians will respond within 1 hour after receiving the notification and arrive at the scene within 24 hours.
