I. Acceptance and Acceptance of Raw Materials
1. Raw materials shall meet the requirements of relevant standards or technical specifications.
2. The surface of raw materials should be free from oil pollution, excessive rust corrosion and obvious dent defects, low melting point metal pollution, etc.
3. Check the quality certificate, furnace number, batch number and specifications of raw materials, manufacturers and implementation standards.
4. Mechanical rust removal of raw materials with wire brushes to meet the requirements of non-destructive testing.
5. Dimension testing of raw materials (length, width, thickness and unevenness of steel plate).
6. After entering the factory, the steel plate should be re-examined by ultrasonic wave, and the grade I is qualified.
7. Physical and chemical testing, chemical element analysis, mechanical properties and hardness test of incoming steel plate according to furnace batch number and specification. The test results should meet the requirements of raw material standards.
8. Number registration in accordance with factory regulations after reexamination
II. Manufacturing process
1. Material selection and cutting, pipe cap selection of appropriate steel plate, template marking and oxyacetylene flame cutting, cleaning of iron oxide and gas cutting spatter residues on the sheet, and raw materials furnace, batch number and pipe specifications, engineering name, number clearly marked.
2. Tube cap pressing
(1) Put the billet into the heating furnace, and the heating rate is less than or equal to 200 C/h above 400 C. The billet is heated to the temperature required by the technology, and the heat preservation is carried out.
(2) Put the heated blank into the adding die (the inner surface of the die should be uniformly coated with graphite powder) to make the blank concentric with the die circumferentially.
(3) Start the hydraulic system to ensure that the pressure is greater than 8 MPa.
(4) The billet temperature was measured by infrared thermometer at initial pressure.
(5)In the process of pressing, and maintain circumferential pressure balance.
3. Heat treatment: According to the heat treatment process, the pipe cap is put into the furnace for heat treatment.
4. Surface treatment: After heat treatment, the oxide skin on the surface of the pipe cap is removed by sandblasting machine or polishing machine.
5. Mechanical properties testing: According to the relevant standards, the mechanical properties of the cap were tested to ensure that the mechanical properties of the cap were up to the standard, and the testing items and sampling should meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
6. End processing: mechanical end processing grooves according to design confirmation drawings.
7. Appearance detection
There should be no cracks, over-burning, over-heating and other phenomena on the pipe cap, and there should be no hard spots on the surface.
Welding repair is not allowed for any defect on the pipe body of pipe cap.
8. Dimension Detection
The company's relevant inspectors, according to the drawings and pipe fittings related standard requirements for dimensional testing, and meet their tolerance requirements.
9. The inner and outer surface of the cap should be smooth, without any damage to strength and appearance defects, such as scars, scratches, heavy skins, etc. After finding the defects, the cap should be repaired, and the repaired area should be smooth until the defects are cleared by magnetic particle inspection.
10. Nondestructive Testing of Hot Pressed Caps
After heat treatment, the company holds the relevant qualification certificate personnel, according to the standard requirements for magnetic powder or penetration of the pipe cap, the test results reached Grade I qualified.
11. Acid pickling and passivation treatment
The stainless steel pipe parts should be passivated by acid pickling.
12. Identification
Mark with a spray-brush or low-stress impression, and clearly mark the contents required by the standard on the outer wall in sequence.
13. Pipe cap stacking and transportation: The cap should not contact any part of the carriage during transportation to avoid bumping. |
